Registration and abstract submission instructions

  1. Login to your Sciencesconf account or create one for free.
  2. If you want to attend the workshop, head on to the "Registration" tab and fill in the basic personal and affiliation data that is requested. You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that we have received your registration.
  3. If you want to submit an abstract, you should additionally visit the "My submissions" tab. Here you'll be able to fill in the title, abstract and type of submission (oral presentation or poster). You will also be able to add co-authors and affiliation information. You may optionally also upload any documents you consider relevant. Once you submit it, it will remain accessible on this same tab, where you can edit it if necessary. You may submit multiple abstracts and you can also submit abstracts for which you are not the main author.

Abstracts submitted before the 13th of December will have priority consideration. Abstracts will be manually accepted after review by the organisation.

NOTE: We were informed of a scam email requesting private information regarding travel. This email was sent to some participants. Please get in touch with the organisers if you received such an email. Thank you!
